We worked with our agent Kathy to purchase as our first home, and we couldn’t be happier!! She was extremely knowledgeable about real-estate and flexible which was a must for us (due to my husband and i working opposite schedules) Whether it was late at night or on a Sunday afternoon she always made time . Kathy made the entire process feel effortless. She guided us through each step, followed up not only on us but the sellers agent to insure things got done correctly . we can’t thank Kathy enough. Kathleen helped me and my wife to purchased home we were looking for. I had busy weeks of work and only days for trips from Brooklyn to Smithtown was on Sundays and some time Saturdays. She always scheduled homes we ask for and add little extra for her opinion could match our interest (which they always did). We wasn't in rush but was going at temp of 4-8 homes a day because we didn't want to travel so far for 1-2 homes only. After meeting with Kathleen at her office she always took us to each of the homes and provide all detailed information we ask for to make our best decision on choices we had and after visiting more than 40 homes found one we decided to take a chance and sent the offer. All paperwork by Kathleen was done fast and accurate in order to finish our part of contract as fast as possible. Always great service, great knowledge of areas and homes and great established relationship kept our experiance with Kathleen on high level. We definitely recommend her to any one who looking for professional agent.

Outstanding. Great personality, great looks, great advice. She was attentive to my needs. Available 24/7/365. Use her. She won’t disappoint you. Look for her at street fairs for free giveaways. Hers were well put together and there were no strings attached. Didn’t ask for name, e-mails,so there were no annoying calls for your business. She leaves the ball in your hands. When you’re ready, just call her. That’s a great no pressure policy. BTW the male agent,don’t know his name,was completely obnoxious. She’s the best choice.

The open house presentation was great. Explained the buying process well. We learned a lot. Lastly, your picture was current. Not like other agents.
